Furnishing & Styling is our signature service for clients who are interested in a comprehensive design approach. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience, designing, selecting and installing all of your furnishing and stying pieces so that you can focus on your day to day living.
Consultation Call
During this complementary call we will get to know you, discuss your design goals, investment, timeline as well as your personal style.
If we are a fit for your project, we will schedule a time to see the space.
Inspiration Curation
This phase consist of establishing the scope of project, create an investment plan + confirming the aesthetic direction of your project.
We will review and approve mood boards + initial design selections during this presentation.
Procure & Install
At this point we will turn the approved ideas into reality. From painting the walls to stying the elements, our team will perfect every detail so you can come home to a completed space.
Walk Through
The Furnishing & Styling process begins with a $200, 1.5-hour home consultation. We take a tour of your space and discuss your vision. From there, you’ll receive a detailed project proposal. With that proposal in hand, you may choose to have
Parker Home + Design bring the project to life, or take those ideas and complete your vision in a way that works best for you.
Design Fee Starting at $2,000-$6,000 per space. You will have a completely finished, beautiful space and styling in the end. We will be with you every step of the way. Construction and furnishing budget starting at $5-10k.
